Problem & Research
ProMate, an EdTech SaaS company, needed a new brand identity and website to clarify their value proposition and improve conversions.
As the lead UX designer, I conducted a heuristic evaluation of the existing website and noted several problems:
The website lacked call-to-action buttons on the home, pricing, and product pages.
The headings did not center the user or explain how the product would solve their problems.
Product photos were blurry or unclear, failing to satiate people's curiosity in the product.
There were no testimonials, logos, or other forms of social proof that could establish trust in the brand.

Result
Working alongside a brand designer, I redesigned the site to feature persuasive headings, aesthetic product photos, social proof, and a SaaS configurator to assist the sales team.
The final website is live at promate.it.
